I purchased a Razer BlackShark V2X headset and, after registering it, I attempted to activate the 7.1 surround sound feature. However, I realized that the verification code to activate 7.1 was sent to the email address associated with my Razer account. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to this email.
I tried changing the email address, but I am unable to do so because I cannot receive the verification code due to not having access to the registered email. As a result, I am unable to activate the 7.1 feature on my new headset, nor can I change any other account details.
