I bought a razer blackshark v2 x from liken3 months ago, yesterday I was using the microphone but literally all of a sudden it stopped working, I tried everything muting and unmuting, unplugging it, restarting the device, and using another controller. But nothing worked and my use for the mic was perfect, nothing happened to it.

How can I claim warranty
+1Basically warranty return it at the place where you bought it. If Razer.com - contact Razer Support directly if other seller - contact them directly.
