How can i find my activation code for Razer Surround?

Hi! I bought today my Razer Kraken headset and have been having issues finding my activation code for the software. I cant see anything in the packaging it came in and have registered them on razerID but haven't had an email with anything related or seen anything within the application related to it. What can I do?

    Hi there! Thanks for posting your concern on our support board. What's the model of your device? When did you register it? Have you checked your spam/junk/promotions folder? Please send me a PM together with the email address associated to your Razer ID so I can check its registration and verify the code.
