How can I fix Razer Blackshark Hyperspeed V2 unbalanced audio issue?

I recently purchased a Razer Blackshark Hyperspeed v2 Headset and when I connected it via the wireless mode, the left ear cup sounded louder than the right ear cup, i put on the headset backwards to see if the audio issue was consistent and it is, the left ear cup is louder than the right ear cup, did an audio sweep to try to see if the audio issue was present in a particular frequancy range but the whole audio sweep was presenting the issue, tested it on wired and bluetooth modes as well and the issue persists, already did basic troubleshooting and tried fiddling with my system’s audio settings to no avail.
