How can I get help from customer service??

My Blade Razer 15 base is not connecting to WiFi. Both Ubuntu and Windows can't connect. All my other computers and phones work fine. I need to get customer support but found that I can't submit my case. The page of support let me input some information like serial number etc and I did, but after that the 'Submit' button is not submitting anything! Totally not able to submit my request. What should I do?? Please help!!

Hey there! Sorry to hear about your Razer Blade's WiFi connectivity concern. Have you tried using your Live-Chat option? Also, please check the link below and see if it helps:
