How could you, Razer?


How could you Razer. I ordered a 100 euro Razer Mamba Wireless mouse on March 7, 2019, and what I get is a used one?!

I already had my suspicions when I held the box in my hands when I saw that the packaging was scratched and a little bit damaged. When I opened the package I found the charging cable unfolded inside the box. Also, the bottom of the mouse revealed it had been used. There is a lot of dust around the sensors and some scratches on the glide pads.

What to do? I'd really like a new product for that money...

Sorry this happened. Did you buy your Mamba Wireless off of the Razerstore or from another third party retailer, such as amazon, bestbuy etc..?
