The agent helped a bit, and we finally got the item resent.
However the same darn thing is happening again. Customs want £45 worth of taxes ( screw Brexit ) for me to receive parts for a faulty item thats still under warranty. And of course support arnt actually reading any messages and giving poor copy / past replys and assuming I’ll go away.
Its been a flipping month! The service is flipping awful. Someone higher up needs to know how bad this whole process is. How do I log an official complaint? Ive a £500 chair I cant use thats still under warranty and Razer seams to be making my life as hard as possible to get it corrected.
