How do I actually complain?

So I posted this topic about a week ago 

Last post on this forum

 

The agent helped a bit, and we finally got the item resent. 

However the same darn thing is happening again. Customs want £45 worth of taxes ( screw Brexit ) for me to receive parts for a faulty item thats still under warranty. And of course support arnt actually reading any messages and giving poor copy / past replys and assuming I’ll go away.

 

Its been a flipping month!  The service is flipping awful. Someone higher up needs to know how bad this whole process is. How do I log an official complaint? Ive a £500 chair I cant use thats still under warranty and Razer seams to be making my life as hard as possible to get it corrected.

So, the support team just skim past my message and answer everyone elses…. cant say I expected anything else.
