How do I contact Razer to send a complaint?
I was just trying to contact the company to let them know what a piece of garbage the Razer Phone 2 has been for me. Within 3 months of ownership (I've now owned it 15 months) I regretted my decision. I didn't really want to make this a public issue but as I tried to privately tell them this info they said my warranty was no longer valid to offer free help and it referred me to the insider. The three reasons I bought it for, great speakers, they blew out after 3 months, the USB-C charging port, it will no longer take a charge forcing me to use the Razer charging pad, and long battery life, yeah, it was great for about 11 months, now I can barely keep it going for 12 hours without the ability to charge it unless I take the pad with me which is a huge inconvenience. I am not impressed at all with this phone and cannot wait to replace it. And you can probably guess how I feel about the customer service.

I can submit a ticket on your behalf, but do you mind sending me a copy of your proof of purchase? I can use that to revalidate the warranty status of the device. I'd appreciate it if you can include the serial number as well in your message.
