How do I create macros that utilize arrow keys on a huntsman mini?

First off, I wasn't even initially looking to create a macro, I was just trying to use the windows shortcut to move a program/app from one monitor to another (winkey + shift + arrow direction). So, on the huntsman mini I would have to use winkey + shift + hypershift + arrow, but it doesn't seem to be recognizing the direction keypress. Next, I tried setting up a macro in Razer Synapse to do this, but when I try to add the direction arrow in the macro editor it doesn't seem to recognize the hypershift key being pressed, so it's only recording a press of the 'J' key.
