Regarding this issue, could you please follow the below steps?
1. Close all Razer Cortex programs by right-clicking on the Razer icon and selecting "Exit All Apps". Check the attachment.
2. Remove this folder: C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Razer\\Razer Cortex\\GameSettingPlugins\\fortnite_xx.
3. Launch Razer Cortex and proceed to Booster Prime to check whether this issue persists.
Please feel free to provide us with your Razer Cortex logs for us to isolate this concern.

Yes, because I do not know which version of the game you installed. So, just delete the Fortnite folder under C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Razer\\Razer Cortex\\GameSettingPlugins directory. And see whether it is fixed.
