the top side button won't work but every other button does and i don't know what to do

    Give these steps ago and update the firmware of your mouse by following this guide. If the same problem persists, that's highly likely a hardware problem. PM me the serial number and share a copy of your receipt so I can start a case and forward it to the RMA Team for a replacement request. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
