How do I get 7.1 surround sound after registering my device?

Hi, I just bought my razer V3X gaming headset, but it did not come with a 7.1 surround sound activation code. It says on their website to register the device then somehow I will receive the code? I registered the device... But how do I get the activation code for the 7.1 surround sound? Thanks in advance!
