I don't want a FAQ. I need either an email contact or a chat or a phone number. There is no way to contact Razer, and that is why I made such a massive mistake in the first place.
Getting very frustrated with Razer. I did make a huge mistake with my purchase but perhaps it can be mitigated if somebody would please help me by emailing me.

You can get in touch with our Order Support Team by selecting "Order from Razer.com" on the dropdown menu on this page. I have limited visibility over that part of the system, so this is the best way to get your issue resolved in real-time. Do shoot me a PM should you need further assistance.
I also have tried to contact customer support, with no luck. A live person is nonexistent. smh. I need to change part of the address, but there is no way to do so. I have tried to PM Razer.Caziel with no luck. I hope I don't have any issues with the product.
