Last year I had a problem with my Razer 14 laptop, the screen stopped working.. I RMA’d it, and the 2nd line support established that the screen needed to be replaced, but that there was not one available, so a refund was due.
SInce that point all I have had, are Web forms that will not submit, money transfer forms that are not suitable for an international money transfer, and support saying “it’s being processed, please wait”..
The support tickets have been closed out twice, and i’m still no further..
Is there anyone that I can reach out to for help? (apart from Lenovo, i’m sure they want my money for a new laptop).
