How do I receive a new code?

I attempted to scratch the code off of the razer id thing that came with my "Razer KRAKEN surround 7.1" headset and the numbers came right off with the grey lining! I saw multiple other people here with the same problem and I didn't see any real answer. I can provide proof of purchase and what ever else is needed. Edit: its the code I need to activate 7.1 surround sound.
