How do I recieve a RMA code to initiate the process?


Recently my Razer Deathadder Essential has begun to face issues with the right click where the slightest touch tends to trigger it. I would like to have the product replaced or fixed at a nearby service centre but there seems to be none in my area or country. After some research online about how to get the RMA code, I was led to support.razer.com/contact-us/ where I was unable to find any method to obtain the code due to its complicated design. I would like to request a step by step process or some support from the staff to help fix this issue.
