How do I redeem Razer Surround Sound 7.1?

I own the Razer Kraken headset, and the device is registered to my account, but the program says that Surround is not enabled on my account. It's starting to get really frustrating and I'd be willing to just pay for the software at this point but I can't even seem to find a way to purchase it directly. Can anyone help me here?
