How do I reset 2-step Authentication?

I just created my account using my primary email. I carelessly skip the backup codes, because I thought for a second that I didn't need it, and now I can't change anything on my account because I accidentally locked it, and it is now asking me for the 2-step authentication/one of the 10 backup codes.
