My Razer Kaira mic doesn’t pick up sounds at medium distances when you bring it really close to your mouth it picks a bit of noise but it’s really quiet. It was good last night but this morning it doesn’t work. Can someone help me get a warranty I bought in November 19, 2023 from best buy Canada, I have the original box and everything
I have proof of purchase. All I want is a mic replacement or a repair under warranty
