How does one reconnect to Chat support after system crash?

I was chatting with technical support, Rizza, about why the software update that was triggered by plugging in my new Deathadder V2 couldn’t acquire my login credentials from what it was updating and why I couldn’t launch the updated software after the Windows update was triggered by the restart. The updating has the Win10 system thinking that the Razer’s updated Synapse software is a security threat. So I while I was gathering information for the technician when they sent a case reference number but I was unable to write it down. The instructions to open the control panel to get the Razer software version crashed the computer. The “Light Blue screen of DEATH”, hehehe. Anyways now the chat window doesn’t appear and the support page simply says my new Razer Death Adder V2 is unsupported after it messed up the update and is crashing my system, and triggering security warnings when I try to launch the updated Synapse software! Very frustrated!!!
