How long will it take for Cases to be responded to?
Hello member of the Razer Community and Razer Staff
So I have been waiting for around 3 days for my case to be responded to, I already provided the information that was required. My name email address, phone number, including the purchase info etc. However, I'm not getting a response. My keyboard recently broke around a month ago and that case was closed due to me not being able to find the purchase information. Now I have everything that is Required and yet the case still has gotten no response in 48 Hours, I'm getting slightly annoyed on how long this is taking.
My case number is 220310-002561 if a razer agent could respond to it
