How so I get my game Keys with my purchase?

So I recently purchased The Razer Blade Pro 17 and the Rogue Backpack and they come with 2 games, Control and Wolfenstien but I have received my order and havent received any game keys or even an email confirming I have received my order? Anyone know how long I have to wait or am I missing something? Thanks
