I am trying to add a warranty to a Razer 16 I bought inside of a store, however it keeps saying this so Im wondering how to fix it, also razer made customer care impossible to talk to a real person. If anyones wondering, I bought it inside of a store on Fort Huachuca

@FiszPL I registered my blade 16 on that site and i still can’t purchase razercare elite.
