How to change email of acc (i dont have the old email)

I opened a ticket to support, but perhaps people could help here. I dont have the email that i did my razer id anymore (old email used to be free and now is paid). I still have the password of my razer acc, and there is a option to change email, but it ask for a security code that is sent to the old email (that i dont have anymore). Tryed to put a cel phone, maybe to have another way to get the code, but to include a cel number it ask again for a security code, that is sent to the old email... I know that i can just make a new acc, but i already have 3 products registered in this acc, and probably i will not be able to register again... Any solution to this? Ps: sorry my bad english
