How to connect a razer synapse

I connect my mouse to my notebook. Login on the official site razer that login on razer synapse. And when I wanted to connect my mouse and customize it, I see this: I try to solve this problem, but i can found nothing about this Guys help me. I just want to play minecraft with this mouse

    Which exactly? Chroma / V2 / Elite / Essential etc?

    for me it's a keyboard: deathstalker chroma. And i have the same screen on synapse 2.0

    Be sure it's connected to at least USB 3.0 port (or above) and not via USB hub. Also try this steps:
    • Uninstall Synapse
    • Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
    • Then restart your PC
    • After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).
