Hello!

Last week I received my order from Razer and I knew I wanted to return it because I decided to get the Huntsman V2 instead of the Blackwidow after I already made the purchase.

I am trying to contact customer support for the return information but I cant get in reach with anyone, I sent in a support ticket and haven't heard back from them. I tried calling the Europe office (The one in Germany according to the website) and no one answers while the second phone number doesn't even ring.

I am getting worried the time for the refund of 2 weeks will run out before i get in touch with anyone. What can I do?

My issue was finally resolved when i found this link to their live chat customer support.

They were great and were able to help me quickly.
