How to email support?

Hello. I recently won a free Razer Strider Chroma from Google Play. I redeemed the code, got a confirmation email and I was sent the order number. I initially didn't have a Razer account until I saw that I haven't gotten any updates in a week. I made one, and tried to check my order status under the same email I used to redeem my product and it says order not found. I can't input the order number anywhere and when I hit contact support I'm directed to an endless loop. Is there any way I can email them or something so I can provide my order number and such?

Yeah, reaching out to them is a Harley. Undoable through this forum.

 

The only way I am contacted. Is if you file an issue or feedback report through synapse 3 app. They also keep closing tickets for no reason, most horrible helpdesk Ive ever come across.

 

Why not contact Google and let them solve it, perhaps the code wasn't correct?! 

Or try Call it if they have a nunber

Yeah, this seems like the worst help desk ever. I've never seen a place that makes it so difficult to contact them. I'll probably try to see if Google can do anything, but will try the phone number first if anything. Preferred email so I could send proof and whatnot
