I want to launch the 7.1 surround sound software. So I created an account. Then it asks for an activation code. It appears that to get that I must register my product. So I have to enter my product number on the registration page. I threw away the box 3 years ago. On the Razer website it says the product number is somewhere on the product, but this headset is not listed where it tells you where to find the number on the product. I am hesitant to start taking apart my headset, don’t want to damage it.
Does anyone with Kraken TE headset have a solution for me?
