Hello all

I bought a pair of Razer Hammerhead True Wireless back in 2020, used for a bit more than one year and then put back in the case and left there for a while.

Now I got again the opportunity to use them properly and gave them a full recharge, the case now is showing green light both plugged and unplugged.

I then opened the case with the headphones inside to try connecting them through bluetooth to my smartphone but on the devices list they are not appearing like they are off.

As additional test I took them out of the case and pressed the side to switch them on, but noone of those is actually working.

Before concluding that they’re broken (I used them without any issue back in the days), is there anything else I can do like an hard reset? I tried the soft reset but of course it didn’t work.

Please make sure that there are no devices connected to your phone via Bluetooth. You can also try connecting it to a different smartphone. If the same issue persists, then shoot me a PM along with the serial number of your Razer Hammerhead True Wireless so I can look for other troubleshooting steps that we can attempt.
