How to fix the issue of hammerhead true wireless bluetooth earphones not showing up in bluetooth

Hi everybody

I bought a pair of Razer Hammerhead True Wireless in 2020, used them for a little over a year, then put them back in the box and left them there for a while.

Now I have the opportunity to use them correctly and fully again, the case now displays a green power light when plugged in and unplugged.

Then I opened the case of the headphones to try to connect them via Bluetooth to my mobile phone but on the device list they were probably turned off.

For further testing, I took them out of the box and pressed the edge to pop them up, but there wasn't actually any activity.

Before discussing that we are broken (I have used them with no problems before), is there anything else I can do like factory reset? I tried resetting the original software but of course it didn't work.
