How to get ahold of razer support thats not through email

Hi guys, hoping some one can help me.

I have been having trouble contacting razer through their email, it seems that they might not understand my issue and we have been going back and forth for about 2 months now and I keep getting a generic answer instead of them walking to look for my stuff that they already have. I was sent a second shipping label when I had already sent my items, so it looks like I havent sent anything.

The support person said they are closing my ticket on this issue because of inactivity, and opening another ticket only sent me an email saying that they were closing the new ticket. I cant get ahold of anyone on twitter.

Is there anyway some one can point me in the direction of finding a phone number? the link to the chat sends me back.

I am U.S.A based.

Thanks in advance.
