How to get Chroma working for Terraria 1.4?

I've got a razer deathstalker chroma and the list says its a compatible device, but i've been having issues getting the chroma to work. I've been using the synapse and terraria shows up in the chroma apps tab and it is enabled, but it doesn't do anything. If I switch the configuration for the game on it just pauses my keyboards lights in the exact same way it was when i pressed the button, and turning it off puts it back to its normal config. I've also tried restarting terraria multiple times but nothing changes. I don't know a lot about this kind of stuff so any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks

Bump I have the Blackwidow (2019 version) Rz03-0286 And yet, it wont work with it. I've tried re installations of synapse and the game itself. My keyboard works fine with other games such as Warframe and Apex, but not Terraria.

Hey, So apparently I installed the wrong synapse, twice. Oops. I uninstalled everything Razer, and then installed the Synapse v3 (beta) and it worked perfectly on Terraria. Hopefully this helps.
