What can I do to actually get my laptop back?
It depends where the repair center is located and the model if it’s new or old, old may take a while probably because of rare or stock spare parts, and with Wuhan issue manufacturing process for some parts may be struggled. Back in 2018 I sent my Blade 2017 for Fans replacement it was only a week since the repair center is also located inland.
However that’s only my prediction maybe @Razer.Caziel, @Razer.Speedcr0ss etc staff can check your case number and the progress.
