How to get my repair laptop back from Razer after one month?


Razer has had my laptop now for a month. Each time I contact them they say that they will investigate and get back to me within 3 to 5 business days. What can I do to actually get my laptop back?

Is one month an acceptable duration for repairs?

Im having the same issue with my razer phone 2... Ive sent it out and they say they will send a replacement but haven't gotten any replies for a while

It depends where the repair center is located and the model if it’s new or old, old may take a while probably because of rare or stock spare parts, and with Wuhan issue manufacturing process for some parts may be struggled. Back in 2018 I sent my Blade 2017 for Fans replacement it was only a week since the repair center is also located inland. However that’s only my prediction maybe @Razer.Caziel, @Razer.Speedcr0ss etc staff can check your case number and the progress.
