How do I make a formal complaint from the UK regarding the utterly abysmal so called RΛZΞR VIP Response Team?
I've been stuck in a never ending loop with them over my case for a damaged Razer Blade Pro for the last 2 months (which is a totally ridiculous & unacceptable period of time) waiting for a delivery that never arrived (due to either FedEx or their driver idk) & the number of times I have repeated myself & keep being ignored has become laughable. There is no world in which your policies allow for this behaviour. The conversation is now nonsensical & I have requested to speak with either someone in authority or management. No-one is listening.
I'm pretty sure the same agents are active here, I do hope I get someone with a brain to help me at this point.
