How to pair ProClick 2.4Ghz dongle with replacement mouse | Razer Insider
Skip to main content
I've been happily using my ProClick for just over a year when the bluetooth totally died. Everything else works fine, but when switching to bluetooth there are now no lights and its totally dead. Contacted support who confirmed that it needs repair, but I was unable to make a warranty claim as I have lost my proof of purchase.

To avoid having to purchase a new one at full price, I bought an identical used mouse from ebay, which works great but is missing the 2.4Ghz USB dongle. I didn't think that this was a problem, as I already have one from my original mouse, but I have been unable to find any way of pairing it to the replacement mouse. Is there a way of resetting the dongle so I can pair the new mouse?

I lost the USB dongle for my Razer Pro Click mouse.

On MacOS, this mouse works very poorly due to Bluetooth (cursor lag), so I bought a dongle from the same mouse on the Internet.
But I don't have a way to bind the dongle to the Razer Pro Click mouse, I found the Razer USB HyperSpeed Dongle Utility, but it doesn't support ProClick.

Did you find a solution?

Possibly this?
