Certain numbers on the side panel plate activate the wrong numbers. For instance, on the 12 button panel, #4 and #7 only activate #1. This leads me to believe the device has become faulty and of course a warranty claim was denied. I have been able to secure another working Razer Naga Trinity mouse’s side panel but attaching it does nothing, the new side panel does not even light up.
Is there some sort of activation process I am missing or something to be able to replace parts of the mouse? Otherwise, it may be time to look at a different brand other than Razer as these types of issues seem to plague their products.
