My razer Basilisk v3 pro stopped working after a short bit and it has a red symbol razer symbol and mouse wheel not blinking red just red and I want to know if I can do some sort of factory reset because now it says the dongle is a keyboard I already uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers and the mouse will no longer show up on my computer Bluetooth tab or even say it’s connected unless the dongle is there

Hey,
Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
