how to set keyboard built-in color to cyan for my razer huntsman tournament edition keyboard

I tried to set the keyboard to built-in static color of cyan, but it appears you can’t set this basic color. this is interesting...when I press the Hyper-Shift key the keyboard lights up using the cyan color but when you use the keyboard shortcut (e.g. Hyper-Shift (Fn default) + ctrl + 2) to set the cyan color it is not an available option.

Where is CYAN?
