How to Switch Lighting and do a Keyboard Shortcut with a single key?

I am trying to switch my chroma lighting and my wallpaper engine with a single keypress. First I thought I could just use multiple actions in hypoershift, but you can only have one action per key. Then I thought to bind a key in hypershift to a macro that does this. but for some reason you can't use a macro to switch lighting profiles. My wallpaper engine shortcut is Shift + Ctrl + X if that helps
