I recently bought a Razer Kraken Ultimate and when I opened the box I noticed there were oil or wax stains on the headset. I cleaned most of it except this part under the grating of the outside of the headset. Does anyone know how to remove it so I am able to clean the inside?

I’d just send it back on your place and get another unit.
IMO not worth the hassle, and if something happens, they’ll blame you for spilling something on the headset...
