How to tell if my Blade Stealth 13 (2019) is not working?

I had a swollen battery last year so I replaced it with a third party battery. It worked fine for a year and now it’s swollen again. I mostly work on a secondary monitor so I hadn’t noticed this. A few days ago the laptop shut down abruptly with the green dot LED at the front blinking for a few seconds. The laptop wouldn’t turn on so I opened up the back cover to realize the third-party battery had swollen so I ordered another replacement.

I installed the new battery today but the laptop still won’t turn on. However, I noticed if I hold the power button for a while, the dot LED at the front blinks once. Is there a problem with my laptop? Is it my charger adapter?
