how to turn off smart charging for my razer blade 14 2022 model on window 11

I currently cannot fully charge my blade 14 laptop, only 50% maximum, and no way to smart charge off on window 11 setting menu, it’s said razer manufacture can solve this problem, so waiting for answer.
