How to use the mouse profile used in Synapse 2.0 with Synapse 3.0[JP]
Since I changed the keyboard, I installed 3.0 from the state of using Synapse 2.0. Then the mouse was imported into 3.0 and all the profiles were gone.
Is it possible to migrate all the profiles used in 2.0 to 3.0? What should I do now?

Hi takazyo! I replied to your message. By the way, does signing back into your Razer Synapse 3.0 allow you to use and those missing profiles? This is normal behavior since the Synapse 2.0 profile will not execute in the Razer Synapse 3.0. I’ll be locking this thread now.
