I have my room full of hue lights and sometimes would like to use the synapse integration for hue but there is 1 major issue preventing me from using it.



Once Synapse links to your hue hub, synapse takes over the room lighting every time the computer boots, every time the computer wakes from sleep.



This annoying as hell.

I have to open synapse

go to hue tab

switch off hue.



The only way to stop this is to disconnect the hue hub.



To use hue again, I have to link the hub to synapse again.

My hub is 2 floors down from my room in the basement under the stairs in my network closet.

How often you think I want to do that?



NEVER.



It's easiest to leave it Disconnected. (thats why nobody uses it)



TLDR;



Please stop the hue integration from activating on boot/wake.

If the hue switch is OFF, keep it OFF until the user switches it on.
