Hello , I lost one earbud for like 2 month and it endes up being in my car , now it doesnt connect anymore

    Place both earbuds inside the charging case and close the lid then plug your device to a power source until it’s fully charged. Delete the previous Bluetooth connection with your Phone. Once the earbuds are fully charged, then try pairing it again. If the issue persists, then shoot me a PM along with its serial number so I can look for other workarounds.
