I got up to take a bathroom break and my keyboard will not type anymore after i came back. the LEDs still work and even respond to changes in synpase if i change chroma settings. However i can’t use any of the switches. Only the volumn know and other hardware buttons work.
I reinstalled drivers, synapse software, factory reset keyboard etc. but i still cannot get it to type.
I also tried a second computer to see if it was software related but it is not. My old keyboard works fine after i plugged it in.
Keyboard is less than 3 months old. Not sure what happened
