Huntsman Elite D Key Issue

Hi,



The "d" key on the keyboard performs backward to all my other keys. It types when the pressure is released on the key resulting in two "dd". None of the other keys work like this. I have the most recent firmware from the support site and running default configuration in synapse. Basically, "D" appears on the downstroke and the upstroke of the key. If the key is held down it does not repeat the character, but all other keys do.



I have editedd the above, but here is an example of a sentence while typing.



"Ddon't ddouble ddown on one hunddredd."
Do you get the same results with and without Synapse running in the background? Try testing it without the wrist rest and if possible on another machine.

I spoke to customer support and dit looks to be the dd switch. We tried other machines without synapse andd andd without wrist rest.
