Huntsman Elite dead key (not working and stuck in red)?

Hello everyone Today I turned on my computer and my keyboard showed this two "red" lights. The key '2' is completly dead, not working, but the strange thing is that is has a red light on it (some kind of warning)? Attached the keyboard picture: I have tried: - Using another computer with synapse 3 (same problem) - Reseting the keyboard as shown in (https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1697/~/how-to-fix-an-unresponsive-razer-keyboard-with-a-hard-reset-or-by-exiting-out) - Erasing all profiles and macros - Updating firmware Do you know if this is some kind of hardware (fixable) problem, or it is a software problem that has to be solved in some other ways?
