Huntsman Elite LED issues

Hey folks.. my huntsman elite keyboard is having some LED issues. Im not getting any kind of LED functionality at all buy keys are functioning correctly. Ran through reset, reloaded software, plugged into different USB, and still not getting anything. Does anyone have some other suggestions????

    Have you tried resetting the keys through the Razer Synapse 3.0? Try updating your Windows OS and install the Intel Driver and Support Assistant and check if there's an available update for your computer's drivers.
